35-Year-Old Woman Killed in Cleveland Crash; Investigation Ongoing
A 35-year-old woman has died following a vehicle crash in Cleveland on Monday evening, authorities confirmed.
The victim has been identified as Jamerica Mitchell.
According to preliminary reports, the collision occurred shortly before 9:00 p.m. near the intersection of East 71st Street and Quincy Avenue. Mitchell was traveling in a vehicle alongside two adult male occupants at the time of the crash.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found Mitchell with critical injuries. She was transported to a nearby hospital for urgent medical treatment but was later pronounced dead.
The two other occupants of the vehicle sustained injuries that authorities say are not believed to be life-threatening. Both were also taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Officials have not yet released details regarding what caused the crash. Investigators are currently working to determine the sequence of events leading up to the incident.
The case remains under active investigation, and authorities are expected to provide updates as more information becomes available.
