Princess “SuperMama” Stacy Identified as Woman Found Dead in Tobago
Authorities have officially identified the woman whose body was discovered along the shoreline at Blenheim Bay in Tobago as Princess Stacy, widely known as “SuperMama Stacy.” Investigations remain ongoing as police work to determine the circumstances surrounding her death.
Princess Stacy, believed to be from Golconda in San Fernando, had reportedly traveled to Tobago for a vacation. According to a close associate, she had recently entered a new relationship with a man she met while on the island and had been staying in short-term rented accommodations during her visit. The associate stated that their last conversation took place on Saturday, during which Stacy reportedly mentioned she was trying to gather funds to purchase a ticket to return home to Trinidad.
On March 3, 2026, officers on mobile patrol along Windward Road in Mt. St. George were alerted by residents about a body seen floating offshore. The body later washed ashore near the Mt. St. George/Goodwood electoral district office and was brought onto land with assistance from civilians in the area.
Authorities noted several distinctive tattoos that assisted in confirming her identity. The body was transported to the Scarborough mortuary, where a forensic autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death. Senior investigators from the Homicide Bureau and Criminal Investigation Department continue to lead the case.
Police say investigations are still active.
