    Two Teens Fatally Shot in Separate Incidents Across Cleveland; Victims Identified

    Authorities in Cleveland are investigating two separate fatal shootings that claimed the lives of two teenagers within hours of each other.

    According to preliminary reports, the first incident occurred Sunday afternoon near Gertrude Avenue. Officers responded to reports of a shooting and found evidence at the scene. The victim, later identified as 18-year-old Andrew Freeman, had already been transported by private vehicle to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office later identified the second victim as Zah’viere Henderson, 17.

    In a separate incident early Monday morning, police responded to reports of gunfire at an apartment building in the 1900 block of Euclid Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found a 17-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

    Authorities have not yet determined whether the two shootings are connected. No information about potential suspects has been released at this time.

    Both cases remain active and ongoing investigations as law enforcement works to determine the circumstances surrounding these tragic incidents.
