Suzanne O’Shea and James Cobb have been identified as the two people who died following a collision involving the Amtrak Mardi Gras train in Theodore, Alabama.

The crash happened around 10:45 a.m. near Bellingrath Road and Peary Road.

Initial reports indicate the railroad crossing arms were down when the vehicle attempted to get around them before being struck by the train.

The tragic collision claimed the lives of Suzanne O’Shea and James Cobb.
