Louisiana Mourns the “Eternal 8”

Funeral services are being held for the eight children who tragically lost their lives in the April 19 Cedar Grove mass shooting in Shreveport, Louisiana.

In honor of the children, Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry has ordered both U.S. and Louisiana state flags to fly at half-staff for eight days as families, friends, and communities continue grieving the heartbreaking loss.

The children being remembered are:

Officials and loved ones described the children as full of joy, life, and vibrant personalities who were deeply loved by everyone around them.
